Manage Your Frame Board, Don’t Let it Manage You

Do you know how many frames are on your board? Do you know how many frames you should have on your board? If you can’t answer both of these questions you are not managing your frame board it is managing you. This course gives you a formula for determining how many frames your practice needs to keep on the frame board. You will learn what mix of frames you need based on gender, age, and price point customized to your patient base and how to maintain this in an ongoing basis. This will free up money that is sitting on your board to use in other areas.

Why Are They Buying Online?

One of the things we all face if we have an optical in a physical location is patients wanting to buy online. They don’t understand why we charge more because we have a physical location. This course will identify why people want to buy online and how we can address this in a positive way to our patients and customers so that hopefully they will purchase from our optical. If they choose not to purchase with us at least they leave with a positive impression and they are not happy with their online purchase they will come back to your optical.
