On Saturday, September 30, we will honor the best of Illinois Optometry with our 2023 awards during Optometry’s Celebration. To nominate a colleague, please see the nomination forms below. After the awards, The EyeDocs of Rock will take the stage for a truly fun show. We hope to see everyone there!
